These are areas where ROOM2REACH LLC welcomes collaboration with community partners to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Transition Planning & Referrals
Connecting adults with IDD and their families to ROOM2REACH LLC through referrals, transition planning, and community partnerships.
Resource Sharing & Community Inclusion
Working together so adults with IDD can take part in everyday community life, favorite activities, and social connection.
Education & Workforce Readiness
Exploring ways to support life skills, transition readiness, and employment opportunities within the community.
Safety, Support & Outreach
Coordinating with partners on safety, wellbeing, and outreach so the bridge to independence reaches everyone who needs it.
Reach out to explore a partnership
We're especially interested in connecting with organizations serving Houston and Harris County — including community partners in the Sunnyside and Cloverland neighborhoods — around inclusion, transition planning, resource sharing, and more. We're now accepting referrals and welcome collaboration as services begin October 5, 2026.
